Aim 3: Determine the cost-effectiveness of PAD compared to arrest processing as usual

In this aim, we will:

​

  • Estimate the unit cost of PAD referral and PAD-eligible arrest 

  • Develop a model to simulate health outcomes for PAD and non-PAD individuals

  • Conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis to estimate the value-for-money of PAD compared to arrest as usual
